Polytechnicast #30: AGÁTA HRDLIČKOVÁ (Gender Studies, o.p.s.): Academia nicely replicates the functioning of society

Have you ever wondered what the concept of gender means, what gender stereotypes exist and whether they are also manifested in the academic environment? The answers to more than just these questions will hopefully help you find them in Episode 30 of the Polytechnicast podcast. This time, Agata Hrdličková, a graduate of Gender Studies at the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University, accepted the invitation to participate in the interview. Agáta currently works for Gender Studies and as a lecturer and trainer she is working in the field of gender, discrimination, sexual violence, sexual education, cyber prevention and LGBTQ+ issues.
