Proposal and pilot testing of a system of workshops, seminars and lectures focused on study counselling - based on the outputs of a similar project that was solved at the VŠPJ in 2022, a system of education for students will be created to reduce academic failure. This training system will be implemented in 2023, i.e. in the LS 2022/23 and in the WS 2023/24, and will be supplemented and adapted, if necessary, on the basis of this pilot test. In total, there will be three events to provide information to newly admitted students and also to all students interested in coping strategies from the student body before the start of the examination period. It will be implemented by the internal staff of PKC VŠPJ.

Proposal and pilot testing of a system of workshops, seminars and lectures focused on psychological counselling - based on the outputs of a similar project, which was solved at VŠPJ in 2022, a system of training for students and employees will be created. This training system will be implemented in 2023, i.e. in the LS 2022/23 and in the ZS 2023/24, and will be supplemented and adapted, if necessary, on the basis of this pilot test. A total of three events will be held to improve the psychological resilience of participants, to implement stress prevention and to teach participants to cope with typical challenging situations. It will be subcontracted.

Design and pilot test a system of workshops, seminars and lectures focused on career guidance - based on the expressed needs of students and graduates, a system of education for students and graduates will be developed. The training system will be implemented in 2023, i.e. in FY 2022/23 and FY 2023/24, and will be supplemented and adapted if necessary on the basis of this pilot verification. In total, there will be three events aimed at equipping students with career skills leading to improved employability of students and recent graduates in the labour market, improving readiness for labour market negotiations and teaching participants to cope with situations typical of jobseekers and graduates entering the labour market. It will be implemented through subcontracting.

Supervision of the consulting team - implementation of a total of 20 supervisions (for 2 PKC staff, calculated as one supervision per month). To be implemented by subcontracting.

Material provision of the Counselling and Career Centre - therapeutic equipment and tools for tutors.

Reservio reservation system license reimbursement - purchase of an annual license for the system we have been using at PKC for a long time.

Training of the staff of the Counselling and Career Centre of the VŠPJ - specific trainings will be selected on the basis of the current offer, their aim will be to improve and supplement the theoretical background of the PKC staff.

Teambuilding of the staff of the Counselling and Career Centre of the University of Applied Sciences with the aim of professionalisation of the PKC.
