The College of Nursing is opening a preparatory course focused on secondary school human biology for applicants to the Bachelor of Science in General Nursing and Midwifery degree programs.

 

A successful start to your studies begins with quality preparation.

 

  • Why enroll in the course?
Systematization of knowledge in biology: We will focus on human biology within the scope of the high school curriculum, but with an emphasis on contexts relevant to the health professions.
Working with model questions:We will work together through typical problems that appear on admissions tests. You will learn to understand the logic of the questions and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
Adaptation to college style:You will become familiar with the department environment, some of the faculty, and your future classmates, which will help relieve exam day jitters.

  • Who is education for

The preparatory course is intended for prospective full-time and combined students at the Jihlava Polytechnic University who have already submitted a complete application for studies.

  • Education Objective

The purpose of the preparation courses is primarily to help students master the entrance exams and to alleviate their fears about the entrance exams and further study at the university.

  • Price of Education

The course is free of charge for the participants, it is realized within the framework of the ESF OP JAK project "Modernization of education and work with students at the University of Applied Sciences"

Enrolment for education is open from 26 March 2026 via electronic application.

The candidate will receive the admission decision and detailed information about the course within 3 days at the latest.

Course capacity is limited to 25 participants.
