Department of Science, Research and Commercialisation of the results of the University of Applied Sciences:

• Provides methodological and organizational support for creative activities and commercialization of results at the VŠPJ.
• Participates in the preparation and evaluation of strategies and internal regulations in the field of creative activity.
• Continuously monitors the announced calls for creative projects, informs the designated staff of the VŠPJ about these calls, participates in seminars on these calls, communicates the information obtained to other interested staff of the VŠPJ.
• Provides professional and methodological assistance to researchers in the preparation and implementation of creative projects.
• Provides professional and methodological assistance to researchers in the preparation and implementation of contract research.
• Provides basic advice on the creation and protection of intellectual property.
• Manages the registration of creative results of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava, including their physical archiving, prepares, validates and submits scientific research results to the national register (RIV).
• Administers funds for the conceptual development of the research organisation.
• Administers and methodologically ensures internal grant competitions of VŠPJ in the field of creative activity.
