Organisational structure

On 30 April 2026, the Academic Senate of VŠPJ discussed a change to the university’s organisational structure, which will come into effect on 1 July 2026. You can download the current and future organisational structure diagrams below.

VŠPJ is a non-university higher education institution and is therefore not divided into faculties. VŠPJ is managed by the Rector. Teaching and creative activities are carried out by academic staff in the individual departments. Other departments with operational staff are executive units managed by the Rector, Vice-Rectors and Bursar, and they provide further specialist, economic-technical and administrative support, as well as preparing background materials for decision-making by senior management.
