Digitization of educational activities and study agendas

In the framework of specific objective A1, it is planned to acquire technological equipment necessary to ensure digital forms of teaching and administrative tasks related to the study agenda. This includes, in particular, upgrading the equipment of classrooms and lecture theatres with technologies to ensure mainly hybrid forms of teaching, increasing storage capacities and upgrading backup equipment. In connection with the digitisation of processes, an upgrade of the existing filing system is planned in order to ensure all tasks related to the study agenda and at the same time meet the digitisation obligations arising from legislation. In connection with the development of digital learning and the digitisation of study agendas, staff involved in the provision of educational activities and the file management of the VŠPJ will be trained.

 Milestones:

• On October 14, 2022, an update to the file service was tendered. The implementation will take place by the end of 2023.
• On Nov. 2, 2022, the supply for 10 sets of wireless microphones for classrooms was tendered.
• On January 30, 2023, the supply of a backup tape library was tendered.
• On 12.4.2023, a test version of the filing service was launched and training of key users and administrators was provided.
• On 5.5.2023, the supply of computers and monitors for classrooms was tendered.
