Polytechnicast #22: MARTINA DRAŠAROVÁ AND NIKOL LUDVIKOVÁ: Love for Mexico goes through the stomach

Students of the Bachelor's degree programme Tourism gain valuable experience not only during professional practice or field trips to domestic and European locations, but also through expeditions to distant and exotic countries. The guests of the 22nd episode of the Polytechnicast podcast - Ing. Martina Drašarová, Ph.D., who works as an assistant professor at the Department of Tourism of the University of Applied Sciences and is also a professional tour guide for foreign trips to Europe and Mexico, and a student of the 2nd year of the Tourism program Nikol Ludvikova. Together with other students and staff of the VŠPJ, they visited Mexico in January 2022 and took a two-week trip along the Caribbean coast and the interior of the Yucatán Peninsula. During the interview, they will give you a glimpse into the secrets of ancient Mayan rituals, reveal a valuable tip for a delicious freshwater swim, and share their rich gastronomic experiences that prove that the love of Mexico runs through their stomachs.
