Visit of the President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil
On Monday 12 February 2024, the President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic RNDr. Miloš Vystrčil visited the Jihlava Polytechnic University. During his visit, the Czech politician and educator met with the rector of the University of Applied Sciences Zdeněk Horák.
RNDr. Miloš Vystrčil worked at the VŠPJ as an academic staff member from 2009 to 2021. Although he has already finished his teaching career at the Polytechnic University of Jihlava, he regularly returns to its grounds. On 6 April 2023, for example, he gave a lecture on the role of the Senate in today's society at the VŠPJ Teaching Centre, which was organised by the Department of Economic Studies of the VŠPJ for students of the course Economics of the Public Sector.
