TRAINING PROGRAMME COMPLETION

The evaluation is designed to:

- -  encourage continuous activity of participants throughout the course,

 - - consider various forms of learning (self-study, assignments, discussions, presentations),

- - enable transparent and fair assessment  of learning outcomes,

 -- emphasise application to practice in the organization the participant represents.

 

The prerequisite for successful completion is minimum 75% participation in classroom and online blocks, activity in practicum, processing and presentation of final paper.

Discussion Forums

8 discussions, 2 points each. Posting your own post and responding to the posts of other participants are evaluated.

Completing interim tasks

9 challenges, each worth 3 points. The completion of the task is assessed.

Final presentation and defense

The final paper in the form of a presentation (max. 20 slides) integrates the knowledge from all modules.
In particular, the following will be assessed:

-linking information from throughout the course,

-depth and quality of analysis,

- working with impacts, stakeholders, risks, objectives and communications,

-reality of recommendations,

- clarity, structure and professional presentation

The presentation reflects all the main areas of the course: impact, stakeholders, strategy, leadership, risk, communication. It logically connects the content of the modules.

The organization's judgment is factual, well-supported, and of reasonable depth. It demonstrates an understanding of the context, the significance of impacts, risks and opportunities.

3. Strategic recommendations and their feasibility

The proposals are realistic, follow the analysis, and make clear sense for the selected organization.

4. Structure, logic and clarity of the presentation

The presentation is clear, well-structured, visually clean and easy to understand. It uses clear arguments.

5. Presentation and defence

The author/presenter presents professionally, responds to questions from the committee, explains the choices, and can defend the conclusions.
