Ing. Jan Jirsa is currently working as an academic at VŠPJ with 3 years of experience in the field of automation of Industry 4.0 technologies. He is a researcher of several projects focused on international cooperation in the field of Industry 4.0 and cooperation with the application sphere. Prior to his work in academia, he worked for seven years as a developer of "embedded control systems" in the field of diesel genset control and three years as a freelance programmer.

  • Ing. Lenka Kuklišová Pavelková, Ph.D. (

Ing. Lenka Kuklišová Pavelková Ph.D. has been a researcher at the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of the Czech Academy of Sciences in the field of systems theory and control since 2001. Since 2017 she has been an academic at the Polytechnic University of Jihlava, Department of Technical Studies. He teaches artificial intelligence, control theory and discrete mathematics. Since 2021, she has been the guarantor of the study programme Applied Computer Science.

  • Ing. Lucie Šaclová, Ph.D. (

Ing. Lucie Šaclová Ph.D. has been working as an academic at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Brno University of Technology since 2015. Since 2022, she has also been an academic staff member at the Department of Technical Studies of the Polytechnic University of Jihlava. Areas of activity: signal and image processing, analysis and processing of mainly biomedical data, use of data from modern wearable sensors for monitoring the physiology of the organism. She is co-investigator of several national and international projects. She is author and co-author of many scientific publications.
