Polytechna Fest for the second time made the VŠPJ Park vibrate

On Tuesday, June 3, we celebrated the 21st birthday of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava during the second year of Polytechna Fest in the VŠPJ Park. Visitors from the students and staff of the school and the general public enjoyed not only great music performed by the bands Academic Fools, Fertilizer, Vilagosh and 58G, but also excellent food and drink, beautiful summer weather and, above all, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Polytechna Fest kicked off at 16:00 with an energetic performance by Academic Fools. The young formation from Jihlava impressed with its varied instrumental line-up and delighted the audience with a refined selection of pop and rock hits as well as their own original work. They were followed by the bands Fertilizer and Vilagosh, who offered visitors a unique experience - an original fusion of dance electronics with live instruments. The end of the evening belonged to the Jihlava trio 58G, who brought an uncompromising rap charge to the stage and a stylish end to the second year of the festival.

In addition to a varied musical program, festival visitors could enjoy a wide range of accompanying activities. For the little ones, there was the popular face painting and a ride on a stylish wooden carousel. At the Vysočina Region's stand, visitors could test the accuracy of their aim with a biathlon shooting simulator. New this year was the popular SWAP organised by the Silo Community Centre in Jihlava, which provided an opportunity for sustainable wardrobe and library renewal. A refreshing summer atmosphere was provided by the Travel Bar with a refreshing range of mixed drinks prepared by the VŠPJ Travel Agency.
