Information about temporary closure of the main entrance of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava from Tolstého Street

The reason for the closure of this part of Tolstého Street is the complete reconstruction of the road, pavements and the entire area between the VŠPJ and the Horáckí multifunctional arena. Navigation to the entrance in the north wing (from the bus station) will be provided by information boards on both sides of the construction closure. The entrance to the north wing will be freely accessible to all those with access chips.

 

For technical and staffing reasons, it is not possible to provide a concierge service at the north entrance (fire alarm, security system, barrier operators, keys, etc.). The key issue and other services provided by the concierge will therefore remain at the current location. For visitors who do not have free access to the building, information with the telephone number of the concierge will be placed at the entrance to the north wing. The gatekeeper will ensure that the person the visitor is coming to see is informed and will come to the entrance to pick up the visitor.

We believe that this minor complication will not seriously interfere with the school's working regime during a time when school operations are already limited and the frequency of visits is lower.
