Creative Specialist* for Social Media and Content

Location: College of Polytechnics Jihlava. Tolstého 16, Jihlava

Position description:
We are looking for a creative and energetic specialist who will take care of creating and managing content on our social networks. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, are proficient with photos and video, and have a desire to bring new ideas to the table, then you're who we're looking for!

Main Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation - Photographing and shooting videos for social media, including both production and creative visuals for campaigns.
• Social media management and optimization - Planning, creating and publishing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Creative concepts and strategy - Creating original ideas for content that resonates with our community and builds a strong brand.
• Photo and Video Editing - Editing photos and videos to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
• Trend Monitoring - Tracking current trends in social media and digital marketing and applying those trends to our strategy.
• Collaborating with the team - Working closely with the marketing and communications team to develop campaigns and ensure quality content.

Requirements:

• Creative thinking and the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
• Experience in photo, video and editing (Canva, CapCut, Final Cut or other creative tools).
• Knowledge of social media trends and the ability to leverage them effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with influencer marketing or creating advertising content is an advantage.
