| The aim of the course is to provide students with basic facts of mathematical statistics and with the methods of data processing and data analysis. After the preliminary identification with terminology the course continues with data classification and characteristics of location and variability. The second part of the course is devoted to the probability, random events, discrete and continuous random variables and normal distribution with interval estimation and hypotheses testing. The MS Excel software will be used for evaluation of practical examples. |
